1. Service Agreement
Tallahassee Mowing Company provides residential and small commercial lawn care and property maintenance services, including routine lawn mowing, grass trimming, edging, debris removal, seasonal clean-ups, and related outdoor property upkeep. Our services are tailored to Tallahassee's grass types and climate.
- Specific services and their frequency will be outlined in a service agreement or proposal provided to the client.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to their property and removing any obstacles (e.g., toys, furniture, pet waste) from the service area before our team arrives.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions on the property pose a safety hazard or prevent effective service delivery.
2. Pricing and Payments
All service prices will be quoted based on the scope of work and property size. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service commencement. Typically, payment is due upon completion of service, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, as per the service agreement.
- We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed in your invoice.
- Late payments may incur late fees or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Any additional services requested outside the original agreement will be quoted and billed separately.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to adhere to scheduled service times. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may necessitate rescheduling.
- Clients will be notified promptly of any schedule changes.
- To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Property Damage
While we take utmost care when working on your property, accidents can occur.
- Tallahassee Mowing Company will not be held responsible for damage to items left in the service area, such as garden hoses, irrigation heads, landscaping lights, or decorative items. Please remove these items prior to service.
- Clients must inform us of any hidden hazards or delicate features on their property that are not easily visible.
- Any claims of property damage must be reported to Tallahassee Mowing Company within 24 hours of service completion to be considered.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective and safe service delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding their property and service requirements.
- Ensure all gates are unlocked and accessible on service days, or provide appropriate access codes.
- Keep pets secured indoors or in a safe, enclosed area during service times.
- Remove debris, toys, furniture, pet waste, or any other items that could interfere with our equipment or personnel before we arrive.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Tallahassee Mowing Company is committed to providing high-quality lawn care services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tallahassee Mowing Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
Tallahassee Mowing Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes on our online platform or directly to our clients. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
